SomePlanets provides an AI-powered ad management platform for e-commerce businesses. The service includes campaign tracking, performance analysis, automated scaling, and content generation tools.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You are responsible for providing valid Meta Ads and Shopify API credentials. SomePlanets acts on your behalf using the credentials you provide. You authorize us to read and manage your ad campaigns and store data as necessary to provide the service.
When enabled, the system may automatically pause underperforming ads or duplicate high-performing ad sets. These actions are taken based on configurable thresholds. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring automated actions. SomePlanets is not liable for ad spend resulting from automated actions.
You retain ownership of all your data. We do not claim any rights to your advertising data, creative assets, or business information.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
